We use beyond organic practices to raise 100% Grass-Fed Beef, 100% Grass-Fed Lamb, and Milk-Fed, Pastured Pork. We raise heritage breed Red Devon and Scottish Highland cattle which are known for their excellent quality meat. This translates into more intermuscular marbling than your typical grass-fed steer. Our lamb is heritage breed Cheviot and Clun Forest which have a clean, distinct flavor and will satisfy the most discerning palate. We finish our beef and lamb on our lush alfalfa/hay pastures and this definitely makes a difference in the taste of the meat. Try it and compare! Our hogs are fed a mixture of raw milk, spent brew grain, and cracked corn and raised out on pasture. You can’t get better tasting pork!

We do not ship but sell at the Montrose, Telluride, and Crested Butte Farmers Markets as well as off of the farm. You can buy our products by the cut or the half or whole animal. Please contact us for bulk discount pricing.
